For the price i paid there is more freezer space in this chest than any other on Amazon. i realize that i probably got a sale price but still...$250 including delivery for 8.8 cu Ft is AMAZING! it fits perfectly in the space i have and holds more than my side by side fridge's freezer in my kitchen. i would recommend this to anyone in need of a deep freeze.

This freezer died just under one year of use. We just had a new baby, and in a busy time it took me about a week to call about warranty repair, only to find out we were three days to late. $220 down the drain! Frigidaire said they would give us a 70% rebate if we purchased another freezer, same model (but no rebate on the WA state sales tax, which is nearly 10%) Booo Frigidaire - not good enough, so here is a 1* review for your freezer that did not last even a year.

i absolutely love this little freezer. i just needed a little extra freezer room and this works out great. doesnt take up much room and holds up to 200 pounds, i was surprised how much food i could get in it! might order another.

I love the product but be sure and check the thing before you sign off. Mine works fine but it was damaged during shipping.

The freezer works as advertised, and was easy to set up. This size is light and compact enough to easily move around, yet still large enough to hold most items. It is also quiet.

The freezer was, however, dented on the front and on one corner. Only cosmetic, but pretty visible. As I bought it in an emergency (my old freezer full of food died), I don't want to mess with getting it replaced. The packaging is surprisingly thin, merely 1/4 - 1/2 inches of Styrofoam on the sides. Heavier duty packaging would probably have helped prevent the damage.

It died. Frigidaire can't even replace it because no dealers carry it. They are refunding my money under the limited warranty but I am still stuck with a dead freezer and I lost a bunch of food in the process. I wanted to love this freezer but it never gave me the chance.

The product arrived dented! So I go to replace it only to find I can't replace it, because they won't. So now I have a spot in the kitchen to accomodate the freezer, but no freezer! They should tell us that BEFORE we order, not after! So live and learn...Amazon is going down hill in my opinion.

The freezer arrived in perfect condition. No damage what-so-ever. It is really beautiful. I love it.

I opted for overnight shipping via FedEx, which may very likely be why my freezer arrive undamaged.

From my experience, UPS is very careless. They have damaged so many items, that I cannot count anymore. And every box I get from UPS (and I get numerous packages a week), is always open, if not completely damaged on top of it. They are very careless. I have also had some serious issues with their stealing. It seems like they open the boxes to see if there is anything inside that they wish to have, and take whatever they feel like. Then they blame it on poor packaging or whatever, when the receivers items are missing.

Anyway, the freezer is absolutely wonderful! A good amount of space. Gets cold quickly. I am delighted.

I wanted a small freezer and decided to buy this one. It seems to be pretty good in the few days that I have owned it. The way it arrived however was not good. It was in a box that was held together with 2 plastic straps. When I cut the straps, the box came apart. The entire top of the box lifts off the bottom piece and you get to the freezer very quickly. The problem was there was only about 1/4" of styrofoam that protected the freezer. The one I received had dents on both sides of the front of the freezer and the dents extended to the sides. The hole in the bottom side that houses the compressor had part of its side pulled out. The problem is that after I found all the damage, I couldn't put the box back together to return it. I wrote Amazon last week about this and enclosed pictures of the damage but I have yet to hear anything from them. I have not owned the freezer long enough to really rate it but I can sure comment on the shipping.
