"From Head to Foot" is filled with the honesty, humor, and wisdom that Annie Downs has been filling her blog with for years (AnnieBlogs.com). This is the perfect Bible Study book and I wish I'd had it around when I was younger. But even now in my late 20's, I appreciate the way Annie uses scripture to fight the lies and insecurities we all struggle with. I love how Annie reminds us that beauty and purpose are defined by the Lord and not the broken view of culture. It's beautifully written and her stories make you feel like you are chatting over coffee. This is such a great book and I can't wait to read more from her in the future!

Annie Downs knows exactly what it is like to be a Christian female in today's society. This is a wonderful book to share with your teenage daughter or even to do as a study with your bible study or small group. Don't miss out.

I purchased "From Head To Foot" on my kindle just as soon as it came out. After following Annie Blogs for a while now (thanks to some of her personal friends) I knew I would be intrigued by the book. It was absolutely wonderful! It's a wonderful message of God's view of seeing you during some of your most insecure times, your teenage/young adulthood years. Although, I'm well past those years, this book spoke volumes to me! It is a must read for all young ladies. Annie's honesty, personal stories and message from the word itself, are a wonderful testimony to any reader. Very easy read! I gave this book as a gift to a 2 young girls, ages 18 & 14 and they both breezed through it as well. We'd all love a sequel :).
