Jack Johnson returns to the sound we all love and expect from him. All the tracks feature the acoustic guitar, unlike his last 2 albums.
Track list-
1. I Got You- is a mid tempo song. A great start to the album and a very promising track!

2. Washing Dishes- uniquely starts with a gust of wind, it is an up tempo song.

3. Shot Reverse Shot- is an up tempo song. It is a great song to dance to and I personally can't wait to hear it in concert.

4. Never Fade- is a mid tempo song. It will bring you down a peg after shot reverse shot. Never Fade is a great song to relax to after a hard day of work.

5. Tape Deck- is an up tempo song. Jack uses it to tell a story about his roots.

6. Don't Believe a Thing I Say- is a down tempo song. It explores the questions of the universe with a child like simplicity. It is my favorite song on this album.

7. As I Was Saying- is a mid tempo song.

8. You Remind Me of You- is a down tempo song. It is a perfect song to play to your child.

9. Radiate- is an up tempo song.

10. Ones and Zeros- has a beautiful chorus in the back ground. It is a down tempo song and one of the best songs on the cd.

11. Change- is a down tempo song. It has the slowest pace of any track on the cd.

12. Home- is a mid tempo song. A perfect close to the album, it is a beautiful song perfect to listen to with the one's you love.

Recommendation- Highly recommended to any classic jack/ easy listening fans. It's a great album with the potential to reach the top of the charts and be remembered as Jack's best album yet

Jack is back with a really solid album. A very well produced album from start to finish that does justices to Jack's song writing and acoustic melodies. I would highly recommend it.

While I don't think anyone is going to rate this as an all-time, must-have album it is really very "Jack Johnson". And that's a good thing. I felt my heart rate lower almost immediately.

This album is quiet, mellow, typical Jack; in line with his more recent albums (more like To The Sea and less like Brushfire Fairytales).

Grab a beer, turn it on, and relax.

Another great cd from Jack Johnson. This is much more mellow than I expected but I didn't know what to expect. Jack is a master at word craft and melody. Another great cd that will not disappoint. Great addition to any collection.

But some pretty feel good songs. That's how it's judged if it's liked, based on easy feel good emotions, repetition of the same song after song, album after album. It is annoyingly safe to some or a brainless fun loving good time for others with flip flops jeep drivers at the beach campfire drinking beer with friends laughing in tshirts and beach shorts. You'll like it if you want to, or hate if you want. That's how easy going it is. At the end of the day it will top the sales chart, and that will be the thing that bothers the haters the worst: something they hate being extremely successful and popular.

I am a huge Jack Johnson fan, probably to a fault. When this CD came out, I instinctively bought it without previewing it much, due to his great track record. Once I sat and listened to this album, I was very disappointed. It seems to be a regression in Johnson's musical styling, as well as maturity. I hate to say it, but if I could go back, I probably would not spend my money on the album. I still gave it 3 stars, because despite the regression, it is still better than the vast majority of music being produced right now.

A very gentle easy to listen to album in the traditional Jack Jackson style. No song has jumped out at me yet like "Gone Gone" did the first time that I heard it, but if you're a fan, and this is a style of music you enjoy, you most likely will not be disappointed.
