I own all the cookbooks from the Machine Shed restaurants. This one is is full of planting tips, spaces for notes and favorite recipes, freezing and canning- plus some of the greatest recipes I have found. I have made their 'Creamy Spinach Soup', 'Stuffed Beef Tenderloin with Mushrooms and Wine Sauce and Grilled Summer Vegetables', 'Peach-Blueberry Pie'(mmmmmm good),and their 'Green Tomato Pickles' at least a dozen times each. All the recipes are great and this book is so full of helps and tips and hints that it is a must for the gourmet and the amateur alike. I just love it! -- www.barnesandnoble.com
