We just got back from our Alaskan Honeymoon Cruise and this book was an invaluable resource. We kept it close by and it never let us down. It helped us maximize limited time in port and pick the winning shore excursions. The book is well organized and about 99% accurate.

We were thinking about a cruise to Alaska,but had never been on a cruise before and didn't know where to begin. This book was a perfect resource! It covered every question we could think of and had so many practical hints for newbies. We then proceded to talk to a travel agent and felt comfortable with the knowledge we gained from this book to make a good plan for our trip.

When planning for a cruise to Alaska, we wanted to learn as much about the shore tours as possible because Cruise Shore tours in Alaska are very expensive, generally around $200 per person. This book was useless in describing the shore excursions. Save your money, don't get this book, but go to Alaska, it's beautiful!

The book gave me some good knowledge of Cruises in Alaska at a cheap price. I plan on going to Alaska in a couple of years so I thought this would give me some good ideas, and it did.

This book is a must read for anyone planning a trip to Alaska. After reading the book, I booked our cruise tour for next year.
