5.0 out of 5 stars Great Guide For a Weekend Trip To Boston, December 16, 2006
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Frommer's Boston 2007 (Frommer's Complete Guides) (Paperback)
My family and I used this guide for a two day trip to Boston in November. We used the restaurant reviews, hotel reviews, and sight reviews and had a great time. I'd buy another Fromer's again.

4.0 out of 5 stars Very helpful for my first and second visits to Boston!, December 23, 2006
By
I took my first trip to Boston this summer and this book was very helpful in helping me with restaurants, shopping, sight-seeing and especially transportation. When I went back this past weekend, I brought it with me again. In two trips, I feel like I know the city pretty well. Highly recommend it. It doesn't get a 5 only because I disagree with some of the ratings of restaurants and because I found some places on my own that were not listed in the book. No biggie. I mean, the author couldn't possibly cover every single place in Boston worth seeing.

5.0 out of 5 stars Boston unlimited: tour guide and opinion, May 27, 2008
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Frommer's Boston 2007 (Frommer's Complete Guides) (Paperback)
I like how Frommer's doesn't jut stick with the facts, but offers "personal opinions" of what exactly to do, where to go, when looking for something in accordance with your own interests. Along with this guide (which thankfully is very cheap when sold as Used!), I highly recommend visiting Jamaica Plain, Davis Square, and taking the Historical Trail. It was just like going back to high school when learning everything all over again...
