I have been using the 2006 edition for three years now, and it is excellent. Since little changes on Cape Cod, you might consider this as a cheaper alternative to the 2008 edition, or as an extra for the kids. It covers everything. The Shining Sea Bike Path is now much longer, so if you plan on biking, Google it.
