This is a comprehensive easy to read travel guide book especially when planning a trip. Very nicely illustrated. Compact size.

The most important criteria in a guide book is that it be accurate, and the next is that it have lots of useful information without being too overwhelming. This one meet those criteria. I used it one for Berlin and this one for Prague on the same trip. Berlin better lends itself to the day-by-day guides than the Prague itineraries, but it was still very useful and easy to follow.

Poor guide with uncomplete information.
The "map inside" just shows downtown and have just few street names.

I cannot wait to use the great maps and walking tour information for my trip to Prague. I am not a tour kind of person. I would rather time my time seeing the things I want to see. This books gives me so many places to see and in what order to see them to make the best time. There are also several really good maps to use.

The "day by day" guides are really helpful! It has very good maps and recommendations. They are skinny books and fit in a purse or large pocket.

Took this book to Prague. It was very helpful as well as interesting to read. The maps are great. Book is a good size. Easy to carry and consult. Very reasonable price. It is especially helpful to have the itineraries for each area. The book covers just the right amount of info. Not so intimidating as some of the big books. I recommend it highly!!

This book is basically a cliff note version to touring Prague. I assumed since it was Frommer's it would be much better. Would not recommend this book especially for the price.
