This album is a powerhouse of female strength and spirit! If you're down, this will get you back up and on your way. When you listen to these women sing, you can feel their strength, experience, love and faith ring out from every note. These timeless songs are as inspirational today as they were years ago. As a music lover and seeker of truth, beauty, and inspiration, I highly recommend this album.

I particularly like "Good News, The Chariots Coming", "Lay Down Body", "Take Me To The River" and "Down The Line". The harmonies and Lead vocals are very moving. Good News is the song I want sung or played at my funeral if or when I should ever pass away. Thank you.
