4.0 out of 5 stars Seem sturdy, but hard to turn on
I didn't realize at first that you need to hold the on button for several seconds to get the light to stay on for more than a few seconds, so they kept turning off on me. In general, it seems like a good product- sturdy and attaches well. Once I get used to turning them on, I think I'll be really happy with the lights.

4.0 out of 5 stars BikeLit - exactly what I needed, January 20, 2011
This review is from: LED Front / Rear Safety Bicycle Light by Nite Ize (Misc.)
The NiteIze BikeLit red LED light is the perfect bargain rear bike light. I needed a rear light that is lightweight, small, bright, and blinks. The seat rail installation is also very convenient. Bought mine from my local Sport Chalet for about $9. Sure, there are many other lights on the market that have more features, but didn't need much since I also use a red LRI Photon LED that I wear on my backpack. These two lights are the perfect combo for rear night use.

I wouldn't recommend using this light by itself, but works great in combination with other bike lights and can be seen from at least a block away. Also, the front (white LED) light kinda sucks, so I would recommend getting something else (like a Knog brand LED light).

This item is exactly as it is presented online. It installs in seconds and you can easily remove it when you go into stores. Just reinstall when you are ready to ride again.

1.0 out of 5 stars waste of time and money, September 25, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
hung light on rear seat and it failed when I needed it. nice. I bought the thing as a back up for night riding and I guess its junk. No, I didn't leave it blinking to run out of juice. All of them might be junk.

5.0 out of 5 stars Works Great, September 1, 2011

I purchased these as they were inexpensive and bought me time to really research what lights on I wanted on my bike permanently. I thought these worked really great. They are not super bright for night riding but cars will see you and move if they need to. I like how you can put them on easily and remove them easily. Make sure they feel secure though or they will pop off. I lost one that way. I would recommend these to my friends. I also think it would be great for kids bikes as they are a great price and good if they are riding around the neighborhood at dusk.

5.0 out of 5 stars R-Bent Cycling, August 31, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Safty is the name of game and R-Bent Triks need more visibilty than that stinking
little flag falpping in the wind on that white pole. Now you can put both safty light on with no trouble at all. Red flashing for daytime & White for nighttine.
