Product Description
This is the perfect class for anyone who knows nothing about building Web pages, or has used FrontPage to build or edit some simple Web sites, but needs to learn how to build a Web site properly. We will take you from knowing nothing to building a full fledged company Web site from scratch (without the wizards) in a about an hour and a half. Yes, this course runs a little longer than our usual hour. It was tough to cut anything out of this one! We'll start off by talking about what FrontPage is, what it does, and why you should use it. We'll give you a good foundation of terms and definitions. We'll talk about the Web, networks, HTML, hyperlinks, URLs, domain names, and so on. Versions: We use FrontPage XP in this course, but the lessons are valid for all versions of FrontPage from 2000 to 2003.
