I have taken pau d'arco bark capsules, and that does away with the heat rashes I sometimes get in the summer. Guess I'll have to wait 'til next summer to see if this does as well.
Although it compares wonderfully to the look & taste of Mountain Rose Herbs' pau d'Arco, I should add that Frontier's is not organic, while Mountain Rose Herbs pau d'Arco is organic. This bark from Frontier is what we purchase when Mountain Rose Herbs is out of stock. Since Frontier does not claim to be organic, I do not think a star should be removed. For what they claim to provide, it's 5 stars.
Thank you to Amazon for carrying this.
