And, oh yes, the spices are very fresh. But because it is mostly a fine grind it will age fast, I get a new bottle through 'subscribe and save' every 6 mos. or so and don't wait til I get down to the very bottom of the bottle. It is also tasty on popcorn so it is not hard to use it up in that time. It would also add interest to almost any sauce including tomato sauces and chilies.
