Excellent product and service!! It works great for my soap and lotion products. Texture is fine.dissolves well in oils. menthol is of good quality.

4 stars because the smell is a little too medicinal compared to what I am substituting it for (peppermint oil). I add this to oil and then add to hair conditioners because I love the tingle of peppermint oil (my favorite conditioners do not have the scalp stimulation power I desire). Search around peppermint oil is very expensive. These menthol crystals are a good inexpensive option for my uses.
