5.0 out of 5 stars Government incompetence at its worst...
A great documentary that everyone should see. It is amazing how much information this man pieces together and how the FBI ignores such an imminent threat. John O'Neill later takes a job as head of security in the WTC and unfortunately loses his life in the disaster. For those of you who don't want to pay $40 plus, PBS has this video for sale for $25 including shipping at...

5.0 out of 5 stars A profound indictment against the functionality of the FBI, February 11, 2003
This review is from: Frontline - The Man Who Knew [VHS] (VHS Tape)
This video does an excellent job mapping out how personal feelings and power politics can intentionally and unintentionally limit the effectiveness of the FBI. While only part of the story behind the US intelligence community's failure to clearly foresee and prevent the 9/11 attacks, this story will have viewers shaking their heads with disgust and awe at how dysfunctional, jealous and ego-driven the upper levels of our government agencies can be. The irony of the ending and the sense of what could have been will trouble you and make you wonder if any substantive changes have been made in the FBI since 9/11.
