I've been using Frontline plus for a while now and I've been very happy with the results. My girlfriend and I have 6 cats of our own, and we also work with a local animal rescue group to foster and find homes for cats and kittens, so we have cats coming in and out of the house all the time. Since the stray cats that we rescue typically have fleas on them, we have frontlined a large number of cats over the past couple of years.

Just make sure you read and follow the instructions carefully. By applying directly to the skin, you'll make sure the medication works properly. Also, make sure to pay attention to how your animal reacts to the medication for the first several days. All medications have risks, and no medication will be perfectly received by every animal. We had 1 animal that lost hair due to an allergic reaction to Frontline.
