Pseudo-gothic twins Edgar and Ellen continue their adventures abroad in this second episode in the Nodyssey series. Hot on the trail of the mischievous Stephanie Knightleigh (who may be trying to bring about the end of the world), the twins find themselves lost in the frozen arctic. There, they maneuver among overly cheerful townsfolk, a mountain containing any number of secrets and dangers, and plenty of cartoonish high jinks. While newcomers will be baffled by in-jokes and references to characters and plot devices from previous volumes, fans of the squabbling duo will enjoy the wry humor and oddball excitement of this installment.
