The Cutlery Brigade...

I purchased the Cutlery brigade as advertised on a late night cable show a couple months back, paid for everything and waited for it to arrive. Of the 200 or so knives shipped more than half of them were damaged. If they were not already broken during the shipment, they broke when we handled them. The handle are brittle and crumbled on the all of the lizard brand knives and the majority of the the smaller knives had cracks or defects. I called customer service and received no response on several occasions. Finally, I left a nasty message and got a response a few days later at 5:30 a.m. PST. I missed the call obviously and when I tried to call back the Same thing. Unable to get any one on the phone nor a return call to date. I will never purchase another item from this company nor would I recommend them to anyone for fear of being embarrassed by their quality as well as customer service. I feel bad for the people who will spend their time and money only to find out it was all a wasted effort. In my opinion, Frost cutlery does not deserve even one star.
