One thing that is constant in my life is coffee and hot beverages. I love froth and can only really get it when I pay $6 for a store bought mediocre latte at Starbucks, Coffee Bean, etc. A friend recommended Froth Au Lait and I bought the new stainless mini and am completely obsessed. It is easy to use, quiet, consistent and makes my daily coffee routine so enjoyable. What makes this product awesome, is that I can use it for:

-Cappuccino
-Caffe Latte
-Flavored Froth
-Hot Chocolate
-So Much More

Thankfully I got this sweet piece machinery and can now conquer the world of beverages! This product deserves a 10 out of 10 in quality and reliability.

This is a 5 star product for sure! I just received my MINI and it is the best frother and the perfect size! The froth was rich, creamy, and stayed that way for a while in my coffee. I used it to the fill line B with 1-1/2% milk and it was enough to make 3 cups. The milk is the perfect temperature, and the froth is an excellent consistency. It probably would have made 4, but I used extra in my cup. We sprinkled it with baker's sugar, and in one cup, added a sprinkle of cinnamon.

We tried it again with the flavor spout using 2 tablespoons of vanilla syrup, and it again came out perfect. We may try 3 tablespoons of syrup next time. This frother is everything it promises to be and more. It cleans up easily, and came with a latte whip too. This is easy to use, and clean up is a breeze! There's recipes in the back of the manual, and this product is very versatile.

One other thing is that I had a question and emailed them. I received a prompt phone call from the people at Froth Au Lait, along with an email answering my question. They genuinely believe in customer service, are friendly and helpful. It made me feel good and I highly recommend their products!

The Froth Au Lait makes a great, creamy frothing for your coffee. You can use the larger paddles for lots of airy froth, or the smaller ones for a heavier topping. I like to add flavored creamer, using the handy port above the spout, after about two minutes of operation, while the machine is still running (as recommended in the excellent manual). However, you have the option of stopping the machine in mid-operation, lifting the top with paddle assembly straight up, adding whatever you want to the milk, then restarting.

More froth is produced than I can use by myself, since there is an ideal "minimum level" for the milk. However, because no steam is used, you can save the remaining milk and flavoring for next time--it isn't diluted. Just store it in a small, covered container. Non-fat milk whips up the best, but any milk will do. I recommend rinsing the paddles immediately after use, under cold running water, and setting the paddle assembly aside to dry. I like the stainless steel model because it's easy to clean with a sponge-pad, and I worry less about someone dropping it. Friends and relatives say my coffee is as good as Starbucks now!
