I was glad to find this book. It has a few pages explaining the how and why of making frozen yogurt and a lot of good tips. Also, I like that they have several kinds of vanilla, so I can try different types of recipes and understand what kind of ingredients lead to the consistency that I like best. I'm still working through this.

I sat down and transcribed all of the recipe names tonight, primarily as a checklist for myself. I want to eventually make every recipe in the book. Here it is, for anyone who might find this useful.

This is a really fun book filled with a great recipes ideas. They have everything from pb&j, chocolate, praline and many more. Everyone loves the few that I have made so far. It is different and who doesen't like a cold treat, besides ice cream, in the winter. The recipes use low fat milk and yogurt but you can substitute the real thing. Anyhow, enjoy!
