The item does what it is made to do- but once assembled it does not collapse, and it is so huge I had to take a tire off to fit through my door (granted it is very easy to take the tire off, but it shouldn't be such a hassle). If this bike trailer/ stroller collapsed it would easily have five stars from me. If you have plenty of storage space, go for it. I am going to have to keep it in the back yard because it won't fit anywhere else.
Also, the instructions were very obviously written by a non native English speaker, much of it makes no sense at all, and some of it is extremely humorous. The instructions slowed our assembly process down, but it took about 45 minutes to figure it out and wasn't too difficult.
One tire has a leak too, and I can't find anyway to contact the seller about it. Overall we really enjoy the product though (except that I have to pump the tire before each use). Both my kids (ages 20 months, and 4 and 1/2 years) love riding, they have plenty of space inside. You can't beat the price, so the complaints are tolerable.

Got this for my 20 mo old toride w my daughter and I. I had one before that when I got ur I had to order a desperate package to turn it into a stroller this has everything. Also I switch the carriage between my older daughter and my bike often and the last one was a pain in the rear. This one just a nut to unscrew and the safety strap takes abor 45 sec. Putting back to jogging stiller same. I also received it before it said it would be here. Another great thing is ur fits by 20 mo old and my 4 year old niece comfortably. They love it. I live it !!!!
