This video clarified all the mysteries and misconceptions that surround omelette-making, such as whether or not to use milk, how to fold the darn thing after cooking it, when to add the fillings, etc. The actual demonstrations of how to make an omelette are clear. It's pretty hard to go wrong after watching this video, provided you have a proper pan.
