Jeff Smith is such a delightful cook! His history lesson on Colonial Christmas is very interesting and his interactions with the children that are there to help him cook are very funny! The food is fascinating and the setting is beautiful! All of the recipes he prepares are from the early 1700's and afterwards I myself tried the candied orange peel recipe (which was quite good!). This would make a great Christmas gift for you or your friends!
