I had tried another (cheaper) brand of tart cherry capsules before purchasing Fruit Advantage with only a small amount of success. After about a month of taking this product, I suddenly realized the arthritis in my knee was much less painful. In fact, I hardly think about it at all. Definitely will keep buying this product.

Recommended by doctors and instead of drinking sweet liquid tart cherry juice (with too much sugar), this supplement seems to help stiff joints and pain.

When I noticed that eating a few dried cherries every day stopped the slight hip pain I felt every night, I looked online to find them in a capsule form. I wanted to continue using cherries to stop the pain, but felt it would be better to avoid the extra sugar in the cherries.

This is the first Cherry Dietary Supplement that I tried. One pill a day works for me, but my pain was mild and in the beginning stages. This supplement seems to stop the inflamation that causes the bursitus pain in my joints. My sister had ignored this pain and it progressed to a much higher level. She has recently had to begin cortisone shots in her hip joints to aleviate her hip bursitus. My advice is to try using this supplement at the first sign of the pain, do not wait for years and when the pain is unbearable.

I am very greatful for this product and highly recommend it.
I have relatives who take this product for gout, also. It works well for them and they were able to stop taking prescription drugs for Gout.

I am so glad that I tried this product and will not be without it.
