As a former photographer, I couldn't help looking at this wondrous book in awe. It is amazing; it is insightful; it is a marvel of patience, understanding and respect for the hidden beauty of all the fruit around us. I'll certainly never look at a strawberry again in quite the same way. Magnifico!

Beautiful Photos,

This book is very beautiful and has an expensive feel to it compared to other cookbooks or photo books. I gave this as a gift to my mother who loves cooking with fresh fruits. The photos are of great quality - full page, unique photos with close ups of the fruit. Sometimes you have to read what the fruit is because it can be hard to tell. They are beautiful and vivid - I would definitely recommend this book as a gift.

Amazing photos and great scientific (botanical) terminology. It would have been nice if the names of all the fruit were explained, but its still a great book.
