5.0 out of 5 stars This book is Amazing February 4, 2014
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
My new favorite book for fruit infused water recipes. I've tried blueberry and cherry so far, and the recipes were clear and easy to follow. The background info was interesting, too. Perfect for someone like me who want a RECIPES to follow-some guidelines/suggestions to what I can do with each fruit (and she covers them all, even odd ones) without worrying about killing someone with improperly prepared foods or wasting tons and tons of fruit. I recommend this book to those who want to try and make something different.

For me, this is a very refreshing take on incorporating the benefits of fruits into your regular diet and its great for those who want to increase their water intake but find drinking water on its own, too plain and even for those who just want to do something different about their daily water intake, without compromising quality and health!
Its simple, easy-to-use/follow, and takes ordinary water-drinking to more interesting levels.

5.0 out of 5 stars L♥ve the recipes....tons of them...well written... August 23, 2014
Format:Kindle Edition
At first I wasn't sure how well I liked this book. Ultimately anyone can look up fruit infused recipes online. However this book won me over. After continuing through the book I became fascinated with many of the recipes. I found myself tempted by so many of the recipes it was hard to decide which to try first. The ginger & lemongrass recipe looked easy enough. I had ginger on hand and grow lemongrass so I went with that recipe for my first one. There are so many great recipes in this book. I grow many of the ingredients listed in the book. I also have access to a great market that sells organic produce. That said, I must say this book is definitely a must have as well as a compliment to my garden! :0)
