Nutty Banana Cupcakes - Recipe Missing Ingredient ?,

The first recipe I tried from this book was the one for Nutty Banana Cupcakes on page 154. I read and reread the ingredients/directions several times, shaking my head in disbelief, since it didn't include any form of flour. Sure enough, when I made the cupcakes as exactly described by the recipe, the result was oily, sweet buttery globs of banana and nuts in my paper-lined muffin cups instead of something that in any way could be considered a cupcake. Based on this initial experience, I'm hesitant to try the other recipes in the book, even though many of them sound very good.
