Very happy with the product. It's no fun picking oranges with all those spikes on the branches. Worked beautifully and shall keep for all future crops.

This item took a long time to arrive, which may have been a fluke, who knows. But when I opened the package I was a little surprised by what i found. The item came in pieces with no instructions. Its only four major components so no big deal, however, the way that they made the extension is just ridiculous. I was expecting a two part wooded handle that threaded together, like a push broom handle threads into the broom head. Instead its like a long handle that was cut in half and has a couple of holes drilled into either side. These holes are for two small bolts that are supposed to go thru a preformed metal bracket that attaches the two handles together. The metal bracket wasn't a very good fit either. If you needed to grad the handle where those bolts and nuts stick out its going to hurt. If your looking for one of these, my advice is keep looking, because there is probably something more user friendly out there.

Have wanted a fruit picker for quite a while and when I found this one with the extension handle, it was the right one for me. I am very happy with the quality and will use it many times.

This product does the job that it is intended to do and it is better than getting on a ladder. It is a little hard to get some of the fruit in the basket and the "claws" don't get the stubborn fruit very well. Overall though, I am happy that I purchased it.

a good item to have in reaching high places, and it is cheap compare to the ones at Home Depot.

LOVE IT because it is easy for me to use.Wish it were a bit longer (a 3rd) section. I am 5'6" and can not reach the 15 ft. fruit - only about 12 with any control. Actually am beating some of the deer to my apples and pears. Good quality for a home orchard. Very helpful for me. Much less ladder time. Would buy large and small basket next time. Foam pad a nice touch.One of my neighbors has borrowed it for his fruit.He really liked it- he has dwarf trees.

works great...hard to store unless you have a place for it. It's a lot cheaper than the ones you see in the stores for $65...and same quality

My post office wanted to charge me extra shipping because the poles were sticking out of the package and not wrapped but after contacting seller and telling the post office about the contract, I did not have to pay anything. Picker looks good. Will try it out next fall when we get apples.

Picker works great but only has a bolt and wingnut to connect with the extention with-which I have already lost. It could use a better connecting device intead of such a small bolt and wingnut, otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

This is a great product. I know because I bought one last year from ebay. This year I chose Amazon and for the second time, Amazon sold me a product and then could not deliver. This product, as well as the other product I purchased from Amazon, were gifts and on a time schedule. By the time Amazon contacted me, I lost precious time and found myself scrambling. Amazon- do not advertise you have products you do not have!
