I like to use these two products together. I took a chance experimenting with them by buying them here on amazon. I usually do not make internet purchases because I am more of an instant gratification lind of girl.
Anyway, I have more energy and I am at my lowest weight in 3 years. I have been using these two products together for almost 3 months now and am 37 pounds lighter than when I started. Eating right has helped but I have to attribute most of my success to these products.
I have had no negative side effects using these and I have already gotten my sisters and 1 of my friends using it too. I have not heard back from my friend yet because she just started using them but my sisters agree that this combination is working for them. I just got to get them to buy their own instead of using mine !

Only on Amazon can you find such good deals. More energy, not as hungry, and I am the skinniest I have been in almost a year.

I have been using these two products very day for almost 3 months now and I am losing that awful flab that I was having so much trouble getting rid of. I can really see the difference in the mirror and my clothes are fitting looser. I don't have a scale in my apartement but I am seeing enough signs to know that it is working for me. I am beginning to get compliments at work also. I wish I could buy it in larger quantities to save money on shipping but it is still a good product.
