Great for any fan of Insane Clown Posse,
By
This review is from: Fuck Off (Audio CD)
This 4 track EP is a solo project by Shaggy 2 Dope, who is also one half of the musical duo Insane Clown Posse. Basically people either love or hate the Insane Clown Posse. If you are like me and you love the music of the Insane Clown Posse, then you will also enjoy this EP. Although there are only 4 tracks, they are all great cuts. The music is produced by Mike E. Clark, who worked with ICP for many years. The lyrics also have the mix of violence & humor that are a trademark of ICP's music. Also as an interesting side note, the song '3 Rings' is also on the ICP album Riddle Box, with a few changes in lyrics.

"fuxk, shxt, suck my dixk all day!"- Shaggy 2 Dope, "Everybody Rize", The Amazing Jeckel Brothers Some bitxh who doesn't have the nutz to disclose his nickname has no right to disrespect one of the greatest rappers of the past decade. Without Shaggy there would be no ICP, so give the Shaggs his props, juggahoe!

For those of you who are heartless enough to criticise Shaggy, you guys don't know the meaning of culture. I'm a music fan and I love everything from Mozart to Nirvana to ICP and I think that if you don't like something, it doesn't mean you should disrespect the person/people that produced it. Oh, and P.S. the guy from Oz who wrote about the bad influence and shxt? You realise your grammar is awful? And you're criticising Juggalos for their spelling? Nice one. Kiss mine. xXx

I've already heard FTFO, but i guess since its not released yet then i cannot write a review linked directly to that album. (feb.16.2006)
Well, i must say...i was very impressed. Violent J wasnt all over it .... he was lettin shaggy do this thang which is good cuz J's been messin thangs up for awhile now. This is straight up old school FTFO....his flow is tighter than ever...beats are more bangin w/ mike e. clark back on it (i hated that mike p. weezy guy -- who zee heck was that anyways) so my suggestion....GET IT....im not saying necessarily buy it, becuz i didnt...and ive been bumpin it for a couple days now. mwahahaha

2 Dope - "Fxck Off!" (5 stars),

In 1994, 2 Dope from the Detroit underground rap group released a 4-track solo EP entitled "Fxck Off!", which originally was suppost to be a prelude to another album, which is now scrapped. And every track is bangin'.
2 Dope has always been the back-up rapper for Violent J, but he truly shines bright on these tracks. You may have heard them on the other I.C.P. releases such as "Forgotten Freshness, Vols. 1 & 2" and "Riddle Box", but it's still fresh to have a small EP from him. The artwork itself is worth the money. As 2 Dope himself drew it. 2 Dope's raps on here don't really appeal to much. He mainly raps about his clownish activities (pun intended), and he also spits his sexually explicit raps on here, which is 80% of the album. There is also some gangsta raps in here. It doesn't have much diversity, but it's still dope, nonetheless. The beats here are spectacular, as produced by Mike E. Clark & I.C.P. The production is wild and crazy with some very catchy loops and mind-blowing scratches. I would give this an A+ in production, it definitely earns it. Here's my individual track ratings. 01. "Fxck Off!" (A+) 02. "Clown Luv" (A+) (favorite) 03. "I'm Not Alone" (A) (least favorite) 04. "3 Rings (ft. Violent J)" (A) In conclusion, this is a very fresh little EP from the guy as we know as "Stretchnutz". I recommend this to Juggalos, and those who like catchy beats and comedy rap. This should suit your pleasure in this criteria. Peace. Violent J appears courtesy of Psychopathic Records. ~ Raw hide

I can understand you giving a bad review for this cd, if you actually heard it and didn't like it, but so far, all the negative things I've read so far weren't about the cd...so my theory is, if you're so much better than them, why are you slamming them on something that they'll never read? it seems to me like you are the morons...I'm sorry, but i respect an opinion only so far. seriously, what's the point of it? does it make you feel good to "think" you've accomplished something? if so, let me be the first to inform you, all you've accomplished was making yourself look stupid.
with that said, the album is short, and I know for a fact that 2 of the tracks are on other albums as well. If you're a hardcore juggalo or juggalette, i suggest getting this before the price on it goes up in value. even though they're cds, they still somehow end up with expensive prices in the end of it all. for example, look at psychopathics from outer space, its waaaaaay up there. If you're all about the hard copies of the cds and you don't like burned ones, buy it. it's remastered, but soon to be discontinued as well. so, buy up!

This sort of rubbish should never leave the confines of it's origin and pollute my children's ears with it's mysogeny, violent undertones and pointless lyrics. It's thanks to music like this that even my country now has become an unsafe place to live because of this intimidating "Homeboy" gang culture. It's funny when someone living in Sydney is heard saying "Reprasent (SIC) Westside" Not only is the music nothing but electronic garb, these guys cant even spell or talk properly. So please to all concerned "F*C* OFF!!" |
