I love this belt as a way of staying hydrated. Combining it with Nuun Active Hydration, Box of 4 Tubes, I start off with two bottles (14oz) of electrolytes and one (7oz) of plain water. I am able to top up on my longer runs along the Kern River Parkway, which is a great advantage, but just with this belt's normal capacity alone I have easily doubled my effective range and weekly volume. The fit is great for me (31in waist) and I find the bottle's easy to access, although I do need to unscrew the tops to get the last little bit of liquid out (too much bouncing).

I have read my different tips about avoiding runner's trots (including avoiding fiber for a couple of days before running, hardly practical if you run 6 days a week). Here was my final solution: hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! My theory is your blood all leaves your core to fill your muscles and cool you at your skin leaving a flaccid intestine incapable of retaining solids as you bounce along. Plenty of water means fluid replacement. Running with no worries about the runner's trots: my definition of heaven!

Awesome, this belt does everything it says and is just what I needed. Only thing that could be improved is the size of the carry pouch as it is very small but it can fit a few gel satchels or small bag lollies to keep you going.

I had a fuel belt for a few years and it worked well. This design though is far better for me. I disliked the four bottle set-up as my thigh would hit the front bottles. With the rear set-up this works perfect. I haven't had any issues with the bottles popping or loosening up. It's a good design. I've been running trails with it and they are holding up well. Good purchase for me.
