I bought this belt for my half marathon training and long runs on the weekend. The one size fits all is the best way to go to adjust the tightness around your waist. I wasn't so thrilled with the zipper pouch that came with the belt. It was not big enough to hold my keys and Energy Gel/Bites. You will have to order a larger pouch if you want to carry more than a set of keys (Probably a cool way to mix and match colors!) The water bottles are a decent size (14 oz total) but I will be upgrading them to the 10 oz bottles (20 oz total). Overall, the belt stayed in place and it doesn't bother me when I run!

I bought this fuel belt for long runs while I was training for a marathon. It's very comfortable and easy to use.

I would have to tighten it up a few times while running, as it seemed to get a little looser during the run. This doesn't really bother me though. It doesn't bounce up and down too much- not enough to bother me.

I had to purchase two additional water bottles from fuel belt to put on this belt, as I quickly realized the two 7oz bottles did not hold enough water for me. I would have to park near my car and keep returning to my car to fill them up with water from a cooler. Or else plan my route to include water fountains where I could refill the bottles. Once I purchased the two additional bottles, I felt like I had enough water on runs where there were no water fountains or where I couldn't return to my car.

The pocket that came on this belt is good, but I did eventually buy a larger pocket to wear during the marathon to hold my ipod, cell phone, body glide, power bar, etc. The small pocket on this best was large enough for my flip phone, ipod and keys- all packed in there, but they did fit.

I ordered my fuel belt with 2 water bottles to use when I train for my half marathon. It works great! Easy to get the bottles in/out while running. No leaking. Love it.
