No I don't think so. It is specific to this camera brand and specifically this model.

99(W) x 62(H) mm it's smaller than a polaroid. Still a good size to capture memories. :)

I'm not sure when the film expires, but I have kept unused film in my closet (cool and dark place) for over 3 months now and the photo quality is still great. I also left one (exposed flim) picture I took of my dog in my truck for over a year (to expose it to the Texas heat, which is up to 120 degrees Fahrenheit or 49 degrees Celsius, and to our mild winters, 19F or -7C) and the picture has not deformed. The quality is still exactly the same. I'm pretty sure it's still somewhere in my truck (been two years now) so if I find it again, I'll post the picture so you can see the quality. :) I have also taken the film as a carry-on through the airport (and had it run through the x-ray machines) without any issues. I was worried at first because they scanned my 100-pack, but it all came out A-OK. This has been a great gift for myself so I hope you have fun with the memories! :)
