It comes with a battery, a battery charger (while in the camera), a wrist strap and a CD with a nifty Fujifilm Photo app for storing and editing photo's. You might order (as I did) an external charger package with two extra batteries from Amazon. It works off AC or with an adapter, in your car. The camera is very simple to use because it is as smart as you can make a small digital camera. It uses a lot of battery power, but it produces photo's of quality well beyond the ordinary discount store $150.00 digital camera. I always travel with an extra battery or two and the charger. Buy one 16 or 32gb SD card from Amazon (great prices) and you're set for a huge number of photo's.
You cannot change either, however there are 14 scene modes and 2 different burst modes, pano, HD movie, lots of features. Read them all here: http://www.fujifilmusa.com/products/digital_cameras/xp/finepix_xp200/features/
I use a 16GB class 10 card in my XP200, but not sure if its overkill for my typical useage as I very rarely record video. If you're into video its probably a good investment. The class 10 likely helps save single pix faster too though.
I am wondering the same thing..... I was considering buying it until i noticed that. I mean, really, is this correct or was it meant to be days instead of months? I would love to have that clarified. Going on a vacation in a month but want to get the camera within the next week or so.
