I wanted a set of top-quality binos for both astronomy and maritime use (while sailing). After searching for options, I finally decided for the Fujinon 10x70 FMT-SX and are not disapointed. These are top-quality, outdoing any regular, department store telescope in sky night viewing quality, while providing army-grade endurance and water proofing for maritime use.

The quality of the lenses is superb and is the high-end of the line for Fujinon (which is undoubtedly one of the top three companies related to optic products). The size is very manageable and they are solidly built.

My highest recommendation.
