This double skirt is one of the fullest there is. The skirt has a natural waist with a Velcro closure. Five tiers of shirred net (hundreds of feet of gathered tulle) are sandwiched between a top and underskirt so that no netting touches your skin. Perfect for ball gowns or full wedding dresses.

Received it so fast and was VERY happy with it! I especially love the velcro closure. I hate the ones that have string ties because they cut into you. This one is so comfortable, light but has all the poof I wanted for my ballgown! Thanks!
