Fast paced and powerful, everything a great cd should be,
This review is from: Full Circle (Audio CD)
Everything you could expect out of a great band like Pennywise and more. With an excellent message, an unstoppable energy, and it's share of very touching songs, this is an unbeatable cd. Pumps you up, gets you ready for anything. Bro Hym Tribute has to be one of the most powerful songs I have ever heard. All in all, an excellent buy.

An emotionfilled cd,

This cd is a great cd. A very hard and fast cd. The lyrics definetly reflect the pain of the loss of their bass player, Jason Thirsk. If any one has this cd and knows the piano solo please e-mail it to me. For those who have it and never heard it, it's a hidden song after Bro Hymn.

I'm a very picky person when it comes to music. I have never purchased a CD before and liked every song on it, but as they say there is a first for everything, and this CD was more than I could have asked for. I'm not even a huge fan of punk, but every song on this CD is ubelievably catchy. Hardcore, fast, and very witty, this CD offers everything a punk fan could ask for. With songs like Fight Til You Die and my personal favorite Society all on one CD I was more than willing to purchase it, and then listen to it for weeks without switching out any other CDs. Overall definite 5 out of 5 and recommended to anyone punk or not.

My First Pennywise CD,

This cd could most likely be their best cd ever. It was their first cd i got. Since then i have gotten Straight Ahead, and Land of the Free?. This one is non-stop awesome punk from Fight Till You Die to Bro Hymn. On most cds you can listen to it and point out some not-so-great tracks, but that is impossible to do on Full Circle because it has no bad tracks. If you are looking to get a Pennywise CD, or any punk cd for that matter, I suggest this one all the way.

Spreading The Punk Message...,
By Adam (London) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Full Circle (Audio CD)
Pennywise have out-done themselves with this album, an album in tribute to the life, music and memory of their ex-base player, Jason Matthew Thirsk. Their emotions are expressed perfectly in the hidden track of piano playing. The album is a roller-coaster of emotions. From the fast-paced 'Final Day' to the deep and emotional 'Bro Hymn Tribute'. Songs that stand out in this album are 'Society', 'Final Day', 'Nowhere Fast' and 'Bro Hymn Tribute'. This album is a must for all Pennywise fans. The music is not the best they have produced ie. About Time. However, you will not find a Pennywise album to match it's feeling, drive and passion. This album holds a message to all. Let's listen. Adam

Pennywise is one of those bands in punk that refuse to change in style and maitain for the most part to punk rock ethics. This album is probably their best and it's the best place to start because even though their songs are fast and aggressive , they are still very accesible because most of the songs have a catchy chorus and inciteful lyrics. At this point in PW history they already had their sound down and were moving forward. Best songs: "fight til you die", "society", "bro hym trib".

I don't listen to punk music at all, but I got my hands on this album as a tape through a friend when it first came out. I loved it so much that I played it non-stop whenever I was home. I would listen to it 5-8 hours non-stop every day for several months. There is something so powerful to this album that it draws one right into its energetic expression. It's been many years now and I still can't get over it. This music never gets old. An absolute must-have.

Pennywise At Their Best,
By Pennywise The Clown (vegas) - See all my reviews

This is one of my two favorite Pennywise albums, along with the self titled. Full Circle is a great album and has, in my opinion, their best song which is the Bro Hymn Tribute which is a tribute to Pennywise co-founder and origional bassist Jason Thirsk. I highly reccomend this album.
