You will not find this Warrior Sword anywhere else! Patterned after the Japanese naginata but with a much longer blade, this massive weapon measures 53 1/2" overall. One solid piece of heat-forged carbon steel stretches the entire length of this never before seen sword. The blade is 27 3/4" long and equipped with deep double blood grooves. The solid hardwood handle is finished with black nylon cord wrapping. This primitive sword is constructed for functional action. No frills or lace, just one big piece of mean steel!

Maybe its my lack of knowledge or my expectations but I assumed this was going to be a completed piece. Instead when I open the box there is a dull piece of metal attached to a cheap wooden handle wrapped poorly with some nylon rope that hurts your hands when you try and twirl the sword. Luckily my boyfriend prefers to sharpen his swords and knives his way so he didnt really care too much that it wasnt sharpened but I expected more. Not to mention the sheath is basically a piece of plastic with a cheesy belt strap to hold it together so dont expect too much. I guess for the price it was alright but I wouldnt recommend purchasing this item.
