A young, strapping, 6' 3" former soldier arrives in handcuffs at the Arlington County Jail in Virginia to begin repaying his sizeable debt to society. He can't believe he's suddenly in the tank where he sees men drinking questionably safe water, listens to the unnerving blare of the jail loudspeaker, and sits uncomfortably in the company of his soon-to-be fellow inmates.
More than anything else, he's angry for getting caught, especially when he figures he's crafted a foolproof scam to get rich at the expense of others.
