I really liked reading about the history of the Philadelphia Flyers in this comrehensive work. It includes everything on the Flyers from the Broad Street Bullies to The Legion of Doom. A good read for anyone looking for Flyers history

The most comprehensive and informative history of a sports franchise that I have ever read. Greenberg takes the hockey fan on a 30 year ride detailing the Philadelphia Flyers hockey club from their infancy in the mid `60s through their last year in the Spectrum in 1997. Great insight to the cup years `74-75 and the Broad Street Bullies of that era. A must have for anyone who is a hockey fan.
