Don't buy this item if you think it stars Rowan Atkinson as stated in the description and as referred to in the reviews. This is a completely different film. I informed Amazon about this mistake when I returned this DVD. However, as of this date, the error has not been corrected.

Thank goodness I only rented this thing at the library, where it's free. What a waste of vinyl, I expected to see some in depth details of tricked-out rides and hopefully a little racing, (after all...it is titled full throttle).
What they delivered instead, was the worlds worst quick-cut editing, (some editor must have been "Highly" over stimulated), each scene only lasts for nano seconds. I guess it's OK that the scenes flash by so fast that you can barely discerne what it is, because they used some lame "special effects" over-lays on top of the scenes, to make each scene even more undistinguishable.
Then there are a bunch of over indulged youngsters, obviously with wealthy parents,(whom spared no expense for jr's playtoys), babbling on about how they built their dream cars, ( I would wager they never touched a wrench), and talking about the race clubs they started with their geeky friends, (so they would feel like they had a life)
Then there are the Girls...What a disappointment! This could have been the saving grace of this video, but alas, it was not to be. Same tweeker editor destroyed this portion in the same manner, over-lays, quick -cut edits, some of the footage was just plain out of focus,( maybe the editor was also the cameraman?). And of course the old car show pole dancing, with hordes of geeks drooling and yelling,(Oh boy!)...If I wanna see pole dancing, there are a hellava lot better videos to watch than this one.

Overall, this video plays like some high-school kids class project...Hmmm, maybe it was? I am sorry to say, it flunked. Don't even bother wasting a nano second on this piece of c*#p,(let alone a penny of your hard earned cash), I would recommend just watching Fast & Furious if you really want some viewing satisfaction for fast cars & hot girls.
