The Full 90 Goalie elbow pads are a decent pad, but the sizing is absurd. It must be made for children, since the large is, well, not large. It is at most a medium, and a relatively small medium at that. I am not large and it cut my circulation off. I wasn't looking for a tourniquet. I would only recommend this product to very thin and small people.

I bought them in medium first as I am a petite female, but I could barely get them over my arms. The large fits nicely, and they are comfortable.

small sized and rips when stretched nice feel if right size ! good price ! not available larger ! to have been used in season ! hope they will make larger sizes.

These elbow pads are tiny. I'm 5 feet 7 inches tall and 155 pounds, not exactly a Titan, and these pads immediately cut off the circulation in my arms. If your kids need a pair of elbow pads, buy these, otherwise, don't waste your time.

I purchase size large and they did not fit me. The pads appear to be child size.

I agree with the other reviewers these run small- adults: get the large. New they are still quite tight, but with a little stretching and use fit me great. Use under jackets and sweaters in cold weather for unobtrusive protection. I bought them for aggressive biking and leave me feeling safer while not hindering flexibility. I plan to use them under my jacket while learning snowboarding. I lost one of them and am now buying my second pair.

I had bursitis and needed to protect my elbow from falls and bumps and this pad worked the best.
There is no plastic shield but I think it offers the same amount of protection.
It is comfortable, and flexible, usually forget I have it on.
Plan on using it for volleyball when I start playing again.
