A friend of mine gave me one of these to try and it was actually pretty tasty! It reminded me of the cereal Sugar Snaps (the one with the Frog on the front of the box)! I ate one with a big glass of water about a half hour before dinner and it's true, I was quite full. But at about 150 calories, I don't know if it really nets out to have eaten less calories at your meal...I'm going to order a box from Amazon though. They'd make a great snack to hold you over to your next meal.

i think these bars are great,they taste delicious and are pretty light,and 150 calories is nothing to worry about at all.and theres next to no fat.

If you like cardboard... you'll love this stuff.It has little favor and reminds me of eating rice cakes. I'm glad that I purchased only one box to try it out.
