I bought this prize wheel to use at our school's book fairs as a special treat to all the children who visit the book fair. It is super easy to set-up and the kids love the bright colors. It spins easily but the little pegs fall out easily and I've had to re-glue several of them back in. Overall it's a great product with lots of fun uses.

The wheel seems to be made very well.... other than the pegs... after 2 days of use many of the pegs have decided to pop out of the wheel... looking at it, they are only held together with a single dab of glue... the rest of the product is made well though, the stand could be a little better...

I bought this because my 2 yr old loves the show Wheel of Fortune & I realized it is because of the spin wheel. He saw a spin wheel one time from the window of th ebuilding where I take him for his swimming lessons & he was pushing me to get inside so he could play with the wheel. From there to the parking lot he never stopped pretending he was spinning the wheel!
I am so happy I bought this item. I read bad comments about it here in Amazon but saw a lot of good comments in Oriental. Most comments from both websites) mention that the pegs get loose & detach easily. I almost bought a wood glue with it when I ordered it in Amazon. I was prepared for loose pegs when it arrived. There was none. I checked each one if there are any chance of getting detached but every thing was fine. I was very particular about that because it will be played with by a two yr old.
I also saw in one review that the pointer is placed in a dangerous place where one could hurt his hand if the wheel would be spun clockwise. I don't quite agree with it. My child has been playing with it everyday & not once did his hands get caught on it. He spins it both clockwise & counterclockwise, while upright or laying flat on a table or on the floor (ala wheel of fortune) and we never had any safety issue with it. I tried it myself, too, and even if I do a strong spin it has not been an issue.
Overall, both my son, myself & my husband are happy with this purchase.

This was purchased for a school fun fair. The spinner fell off after a few hours of use. It's a basic design flaw - a screw holds on the wheel that spins but then becomes unscrewed when you spin it. Hopefully it can be fixed but it's really not worth it. You're better off purchasing the disk drop game from the same company instead.

I purchased two. First, placement of the raised arrow is in a very dangerous location for excited hands to hit, so we have to prompt each player to spin the wheel counter-clockwise with the left hand. Second, after reading past reviews, I diligently glued all pins in place on both. Pins still popped out on both within the first few minutes of real use. The wheels were tested beforehand, but there must be something that happens with adrenaline rush of different people playing. To repair both wheels, I then applied glue down into the holes and around the pins again, and those still popped out. I went through that cycle three times; including carefully removing old glue that had failed. It got to the point where I had to cover exposed holes (with yellow star stickers), instead of having to throw the wheels out, and now just use the wheels without the clicking noise; which is not as much fun or carnival-like to be sure. Best of luck to you if you purchase this!

We used this at our trade show and everyone loved it but make sure to take some wood glue with you....the pegs fell out literally on the first spin. Other than that it was good and the price was right so I didn't mind gluing the pegs.

It was broken upon arrival. I needed it for a party a few days later and the company wouldnt send me out a new one unless I paid for it while waiting for a refund from the first one, rather than just an easy exchange. I returned it and was disappointed to not have it for the party!
