I just tried this out for the first time and I have to say I'm impressed. For the price you can't go wrong. It's made of the heavier plastic and I don't feel like I could rip it very easily. It's easy to set up and take down and there are only 3 things you actually have to blow up, the rest is filled with water (for the sprinkling AND the supporting walls).

My Daughter is 15 months old and it's GREAT for her. In fact I plan on hosting a playdate around it! I don't think that older toddlers would get such a kick out of it but it's great for the little ones. There was plenty of room for both my daughter and myself (and I am in no way a small woman) to splash around and I imagine 4 toddlers could quite happily play together in there with plenty of room to move around. My daughter got quite a kick out of the sprinklers.

The depth of the pool was more than I imagined too when I put my hand fingers down in it, the water came up to the first part of my palm so I'd say about 4 inches deep.

the only thing about this pool is that the ground around it will get very wet, but I expected that with the sprinklers. The other thing is that the Velcro on the turtle is pretty pointless, It won't stay stuck to the bottom for anything, but my kid just wanted to play with it anyway.

Even if this pool doesn't hold up for very long you can't beat the price. I think it is VERY well worth the money and I would recommend it.

i purchased this mat and a couple other pools for my daughter's birthday party we held in my backyard. the toddlers had a blast playing in it, until one of the older kids found the valve to increase the water pressure and make the sprinklers spray really high. the increased pressure caused a seam to split before we had a chance to turn it down again, and that was the end of the mat.

My 15 month old son loves this little pool, but unfortunately during the first 10 minutes of use the seam ripped from the water pressure. I thought the water pressure was too high and next time I would lower the pressure. Amazon was quite gracious in sending another one overnight express and low and behold this one lasted about 1 hour before ripping even though I only had enough pressure to keep it inflated with only a little sprinkle coming up. I will be returning this one tomorrow and I won't request this style again.

My wife and I order this pool and recieved it Memorial Day weekend (2010). I hooked it up, turned it on, and the seam split behind the fin almost immediately. No kids or adults even touched the pool before the leak occured. I patched the small leak, which didn't hold, so I bought waterbed patches and patched the pool. Second time I fired it up, the patch held but sprung a leak along the seam in the exact same spot on the other side of the pool. Patched with a waterbed patch but upon refilling the pool, the seam continued to tear under the patch, so I shut it down. We called the seller, who sent us a replacement free of charge; hooked it up last weekend and the tail section spontaneously failed. We ended up with a 4-5 inch split in the seam - kids were just sitting in the pool.

I love the size and layout of the pool but the pool itself is simply not durable. Intex appears to have stopped manufacture of this pool; it's too bad becuase with better manufacturing they would have an absolute winner on their hands with this product. Unless you love returning merchandise, don't bother.........

I thought this would be nice for my infant to sit in. I thought the edges of this thing were inflatable, but they're not. It fills with water and the water squirts out of little holes on the surface. Just not what I expected.

This is a nice size sprinkler pool that fits several babies. My daughter is 1 year old and we have lots of fun playing in it. The only negative I found is that it is hard to completely empty when you are taking it down.

Item came with a bonus inflatable turtle. The pool worked for awhile. Eventually it popped due to water pressure. The second time I was easy with the water pressure but it still popped. Sadly, I had to return both items.

Save yourself your money and put it in your garbage disposal instead. This mat broke within 30 minutes! And my kids had not even stepped on it. After buying expensive patches, it has continued to break 3 more times. Horrible product! Quite frankly I wouldn't even give it one star.

I think for the price my kids certainly got the use out of it. Sad yesterday though when the seam split. I think it can be repaired though. One of the best summer play mats there is!! I would buy it again and probably will even if the seam can't be repaired.

this sprinkler pool is a piece of junk. I bought this for my 2 year old to play in, he had a blast until the seam split, gush went the water and the tears. he was so disappionted, my husband and I went and got another one for him to play in the next day, we used it twice that day and the same thing happend. I am currently looking for something he may enjoy just as much but will never buy this model again.
