This is a pretty simple vest with a couple flaws. First, the snaps do not stay on, I had to put velcro in the front to keep the vest from popping open. Secondly, the shoulders are too wide and it puts the weight right on the sensitive joint. Finally, the vest doesn't wrap around the child to ensure comfort. There are velcro closures for each side but they are too narrow to really wrap around a child. I thought the weights were a little too short and thick as well.

We wanted this to calm my 4 year old son, who stims at times and has a bit of hyperactivity. It did calm him down some, but it was just uncomfortable. I wish we had purchased a bit more expensive model offered elsewhere.

The snaps are generic. One of them already fell off and I have only had it for one week. Comes with not enough weights for the child of that size and weight. If you go to add more weight to it for your child's body weight. The seams are not well sewn and will come apart. We had to repair the seams when we went to add more weights. Honestly, I'm really disappointed. I thought it would be a great vest when I bought it online but just been disappointed. Not really worth the money. If I had to do it over again, I would of went with another company and got a different vest. I did like the color and the handprints, but that's the only best thing about the vest. You would be better off by spending a little bit more money and buying another vest rather than this one.
