Tried and True!
I have been using this video for almost 11 years and my K and 1st grade students LOVE it!!! As a P.E. teacher, I am displaced from the gym often for other events and this is the perfect activity to use in a classroom or hallway.

Outdated and VERY cheesy
I remember YEARS ago when this came out. I was in the third grade and our class would do this in PE. If I still remember it so vividly from fifteen years ago, that says something about it. No, and it wasn't because of Jane Fonda either.

I teach preschool 3's and love this product. It's great for winter and rainy days! Easy to follow moves with silly and fun movements.

I remember exercising with this video years and years ago when I was probably only 7 or 8. It was LOADS of fun and very entertaining! Weird how something like this sticks with you...I can still hear the "One...two...three, SWAMP STOMP" chant in my head. I'd love to purchase this tape just to watch it all again. Maybe someday when I have a kid or two of my own, I'll play this for them.

This is a very kid fiendly tape. The costumes and animal themes are entertaining, A good tape for kids and parents to do together.
