This practical book contains lots of ready to use reproducible pages. A must have for busy teachers. Just reproduce, cut and assemble with a round head pin.

I am putting this on my wish list because of the things from this book that my 1st grader brings home. I actually asked her teacher the name and author of the book so I could find it. The kids can cut and create new words by pulling their letter strip through 2 slits in the paper. My daughter is proud of what she makes and the letter strips instill the pattern of words with the same vowel sounds carrying over in each. I myself am an ESL teacher and am looking forward to using this with my students.

I love this book. I love the blending and rhyming skills that are being reinforced as well as the added confidence that the students get when they are "reading".
