4.0 out of 5 stars A Fitness Instructors friend
This book is packed with ideas for the strength portion of a class for older adults. Some chapters seem repititive, but the volume of workout ideas makes up for it. I recommend this book for the library of any older adult fitness instructor.

2.0 out of 5 stars illustrations too cartoon-y!
The written material is fine, but I have a problem handing out home programs that look like cartoons. In my experience, patients seem to understand handouts that are actual pictures of people performing these exercises, or at the very least, drawings that are more people-like. I do not like these illustrations at all!
