This review is from: Functional Outcomes Documentation for Rehabilitation, 1e (Paperback)
I purchased this book to help my physical therapy staff develop goals that are more functional, as Medicare and most other 3rd party payers require. It was simply a SUPER resource -- both with examples, but even more importantly, with explanatory rationale. I think my staff is totally on board now, and I expect few or no Medicare reviews! Cannot give a higher rating to this book. A++++

This book uses the Nagi Disablement Model, which the APTA left behind to shift to the ICF model.
